"I am aware of the principle of the decision in Muojekwu v. Ejikeme (2000) 5 NWLR (Pt. 657) 402 at 418, 422-423 where the custom of leaving a woman in her maiden home to procreate was held to be promiscuous, obnoxious, inconsistent with public policy and therefore repugnant.
