ELECTION PETITION TRIBUNAL: Statutory provisions as regards the composition and quorum of the National and State Houses of Assembly Election Tribunal and the Governorship Election Tribunal
HELD:
"The National and State Houses of Assembly Election Tribunal, like other Election Tribunals, is established by the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, as amended - See Section 285(1)-(3) of the Constitution, as well as Paragraph A1 of the Sixth Schedule to the Constitution, which provides that: "A National and State Houses of Assembly Election Tribunal shall consist of a Chairman and two other members."
