ARBITRATION - Meaning and nature of an arbitration
HELD:
"An arbitration, according to Black's Law Dictionary 6th Edition page 105, is a process of dispute resolution in which a neutral third party called (arbitrator) renders a decision after hearing at which both parties have an opportunity to be heard.
