JURISDICTION OF THE SUPREME COURT - Whether Section 52 of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Act 2007 and Section 51 of Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act (BOFIA) can be applied to prevent the Supreme Court from exercising its exclusive origin

"Let me also consider the argument that by virtue of S.52 of the CBN Act, 2007 and S.51 of BOFIA this Court lacks the jurisdiction to entertain this suit. S.52(1) of the CBN Act, 2007 provides that-
