POLITICAL PARTY PRIMARY - Whether a candidate of a political party has locus standi to complain about the conduct of the primary election of another political party

"Next is Section 285 (14) (a) and (b) of the 1999 Constitution, as amended, under which an aspirant can complain that the provisions of the Electoral Act or any Act of the National Assembly regulating the conduct of primary elections and the provisions of the guidelines of a political party for the conduct of a primary election have not been complied with.
